"Not sure when this place changed hands but it’s NOTHING like it used to be. The food was average at best. They used to bake their own amazing crusty bread on site this time we were given slices of toast and charged for the pleasure. The roast was very boring the roast potatoes had clearly been reheated. The service was very poor. The staff used to be so warm and welcoming. This time we felt like we were an inconvenience to them. There were glasses piling up on the bar and they stayed there until we left. This used to be one of our favourite places to spend a Friday evening with a steak and a bottle of red but now I wouldn’t bother! Such a shame"

There used to be three great pubs in just one short stretch on Masbro Road, a hidden gem of a street in the backwaters of Shepherds Bush/West Ken.

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the food is always great. Just marked down a little because it was cold at the back but that's probably because it had just opened again after lockdown

The team at Havelock Tavern was amazing, we felt really welcome and well looked after. They were amazing with our year old son as well, his orders were quickly fulfilled and he loved the food! The upgrade of the garden was done well, it was so cozy out there. We’ll return

The food is pretty good but it’s expensive for a pub it’s smart restaurant prices but in residential on scrubbed tables and not very comfortable chairs. The paltry bread portion was particularly poor value, it used to be better fresh bread and free. The noise levels are much better because they can’t have people at the bar any more, seated only
