Das Lokal ist sehr nett eingerichtet hab mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Personal bzw ich glaube es war die Chefin selbst sehr freundlich. Preise nun ja dem Bezirk passend. Essen war gut

Had a nice evening with friends at the Highlander tasting their 3 home brewed beers. Top quality beer, the stout was excellent. The food was good and tasty and the Pork and Mushrooms was excellent. Good service added to a nice evening out.

Toller Gastgarten um im Schatten der Bäume zu verweilen. Das Service ist flott und freundlich. Reichliches Angebot an vegetarischen Gerichten. Essen sehr gut. Gebackene rote Rüben, hatte ich vorher noch nie am Teller. Alles perfekt, danke!

Popped into the Highlander. Tried the stout quite surprised it was so nice. Had the California burger also very nice! Liked the crowd /atmosphere /staff here. Very friendly and relaxed place. Will be back in Vienna often and will definitely pop back!

Just a short walk from our hotel we came to a drink and ended with dinner. We sat outside and had a few drinks to start, I had the 3 taste beers 3 small glasses) and ended up with a pint of the camp as it was my favorite. We decided to eat here too and I had the Highland Platter riblets, chicken wings, fries, potatoes and onion rings delicious! My wife had the vegetarian burger consisting of a burger of mushrooms, salad, tomatoes, onion and Cheddar cheese, also very tasty

Love the place in summer when one can sit and enjoy the beer outside under a beautiful tree. Was there few days ago and as much as I like it in summer as much I dislike it in winter as you need to be inside and it stinks. I usually sit in their no smoke room, but there is little space, quite some kitchen smell which sticks to your clothes and you still need to walk through the extremely smoky main room. Actually a real shame as it would be a great place overall. Food and beer is quite good to be fair, service hit or miss.

This restaurant was just a short walk from our AirBnB and was recommended by our host. It has a beautiful terrace in a quiet courtyard. Our server did not speak English (and we do not speak German), but it was friendly and we had no problem ordering beer and a meal. We tried the Marzen and stout, both were amazing, but the Marzen was really sweet and tasty! We had both ragouts with dumplings and it was really food. There was a friendly cup that needs to live there when he roamed around the terrace all night. Very recommended!

Das Lokal hat einen großzügigen Gastgarten am Platz, welcher teilweise durch Sonnen/Regenschirme und teilweise unter Bäumen ist. Somit ist man bei Nieselregen gut geschützt. Die bequemen Sessel sind witterungsbedingt mit nicht fusselden weißen Kunstfell belegt, ebenso werden wärmende Decken ausgegeben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Beim Essen ist das Qualität/Preis verhältnis angemessen. Die Karte beinhaltet österreichische Kost und saisonale, regionale Schmankerl derzeit Erdbeeren und Spargel aus dem Marchfeld.

Tolles Lokal! Tolles Ambiente! Tolle Bedienung! Das selbstgebraute Bier schmeckt gut und es ist für alle was dabei. Das Lager locker leicht, aber nicht schal oder fad, das Stout hat tollen Charakter. Ein Freund von mir, selbst großer Irland- und Schottlandfan, war begeistert, dass es ein so gutes selbst gebrautes Stout in Österreich geben kann. Bei Whisky gibt es auch eine große Auswahl mit einigen Spezialitäten. Alle Speisen, die ich bisher bestellt habe, waren sehr köstlich. Die Preise sind verträglich. Reservieren kann nötig sein. Das Lokal ist im Winter zumindest nicht so groß.
