Great food, nice place, same table as before. Poor waiter, had to be reminded about everything

The music was too loud to talk comfortably with the family. The waiter was not very friendly and warm. Beautiful ambiance and great food!

I arrived for my reservation only to find that the restaurant had shut down! There was no notification or instructions from OpenTable or Barbecoa. This is a disappointing lack of effort, and I won't be using either of them again! Visualizza piatti

You dumb f^ &s the restaurant wasn't even open when we got there ! You should have informed us . we wasted our time as you kept sending us emails about the place but didn't advise us that it was closed due to administration/bust.

OpenTable is utterly useless! It seems you didn't realize that this restaurant chain has gone out of business. I planned a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, and we had traveled quite a distance with a hotel booked as well! I certainly won't be using your services again. What a frustrating experience!

Unfortunately Jamie Oliver got bankrupt the day before my reservation. However, OpenTables continued sending me emails to reconfirm that my table is still booked. I don't blame Mr. Oliver, it's more like KPMG, the company responsible for dealing with the bankruptcy, simply forgot that there might be existing clients with reservations. Meh. Visualizza piatti

1.we were cold 2. Food was cold and substandard compared to the other IVy’s 3. Some of the staff were not engaging- they literally dumped the food on the table without saying a word. (Apart from the lady who took out bill she was friendly and recommended crrtsin foods) 4. We arrived on time, and they had us waiting whilst allowing other people to get seated before us even though we arrived before. We had to complain before getting seated as we had waited 30 minutes

Rude staff. Took 20 minutes for us to be seated and a further 10 mins before the waiter came to take our order in which he got wrong! There were plenty of waiters/Resses but the staff here are so poorly trained it’s like they hate their job and this reflects on the quality. The food itself was mediocre at best and the DJ was way too loud. Music in a restaurant should never be club level it’s impossible to hear the other person. Nice decor and that’s about it. Will never come back nor will I recommend. Go to Hakkasan or Gouqi for authentic quality Pan Asian food and good service worth the service charge

Disappointed. Arrived and host was on the phone for at least 15 mins. Didn’t even acknowledge us , security door man was embarrassed by it so decided to take our coats. Once host eventually acknowledge us it was another wait to for some one to come and collect us and show us our table. Once seated it was slow to be served . Food came out in drips and drabs . Why send the rice out 10mins before the main ! As some were getting their mains , the two who ordered the wagyu beef were told it had run out so we were offered ribeye steak instead. Not a good choice . So fatty . I did enjoy the sushi I had so wasn’t a complete flop . We were really looking forward to this after we had a great dinner ea... Visualizza piatti
