NYE menu was just okay. Staff was lovely and in a festive mood but the food left a lot to be desired sadly.

The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. Initially, the server mentioned they were busy, which I felt wasn't a valid excuse. However, she seemed to recognize her error and became much more attentive afterward. In the end, she also offered a discount on the bill, making it a good value overall.

We had to wait over 1 hour and 15 minutes for our main courses to arrive. This delay forced me to leave my guests at the table to attend another meeting. When I left, I paid the bill and expressed my frustration to the manager, but I wasn’t offered any apology or acknowledgment for the poor service and the awkward situation it created for me with my guests.

eating was excellent as always, but the service in this special ivy restaurant was bad! there was a lot of personal, but they were not very attentive. we had to ask 3 times for a glass of ice and had to refill the wine glasses with the wine we had bought. overall nice evening but could have been better if the service had been as they would expect from the ivy. not enough personal. it took 45 minutes to get the wein we ordered. the starter first came there. I'm gluten-free because of celiac disease. After I had to download a QR reader, I could read the menu - no other alternative. I was very sick at 2 o'clock today, so I will contact the restaurant as the meal was obviously not gluten-free terrace area cool. not according to ivy standards.

The Service was outstanding. Staff were attentive and professional. Our champagne glass was never left empty : . The atmosphere was amazing. However the food was a big let down. I had sole with prawns and it was under cooked, very small and swimming in oil. My partner had steak which had to be sent back. We will return as collectively a nice experience but the food needs to come up a few notches.

I’ve visited other Ivy restaurants and had wonderful experiences with delicious food, which is why we chose this one since it was close to a show we had just seen. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The steak was difficult to cut and mostly fatty. The vegetables were served cold, and our table was directly under the air conditioning. Additionally, we were seated next to a door that had a significant draft. Overall, the combination of poor food in an uncomfortably cold restaurant on a chilly January night was not what we were hoping for. Visualizza piatti
