The Kitchen Derby - Piatti

Lunchtime and hungry we tried Nandos for a change. With table service would have given 5 stars. Food was excellent and my glass of wine was delicious. Sat in the window and watched the world go by as we ate very pleasant.

I enjoyed Nandos on the 18th July, go back 5 days later to find they no longer deliver to my address. Pretty annoyed to say the least. I don't even live that far away and I paid a pretty penny (around £5) just for delivery. Oh well, your loss.

we came here after visiting the knife angel to get a take away. won’t be doing that again! we had to wait 40ish minutes for our take away. it wasn’t very warm and was very dry. I always find this restaurant to be hit and miss. The one in Intu is usually a better bet!

Came to This Nando’s as I wasn’t very impressed with the other Derby Nando’s. This one was a far better experience. Great service throughout the meal and the food was good. Chicken cooked well, not over cooked and well presented rather than just thrown on a plate. Would return and would recommend.

We hadn’t been to a Nando’s for someTimeAnd the last one was in Dubai where we were served at the table and so had forgotten what to do, we sat waiting for someone to serve us until we realised you had to go to the till and order and pay as the lady didn’t explain.Food was lovely though and as someone who is trying to be good the choice of salad and chicken is great. Not brilliant for desserts (prob a good job for me) my partner wanted a natty tarts but they didn’t have any. Doubt we will go for some time again as there are so many other better places to go. I just don't understand the hype over Nandos. My partner and I paid £28 for two burgers, two chips and two sides. £28!? We used a gift voucher so that softened the blow a little, but I just do not how that price is justified. Was the food OK? Yes, but just OK...nothing special, just average. I have had better at my local pub for half the price. We waited 30 minutes for our food and had to go up and order it ourselves, plus no one checked on us, so the price certainly isn't justified by the service.It is a fast food style set up but slow and overpriced.Will not hurry back.

As a Nandos lover, I've always visited the Nandos inside the Intu center. came in around 5pm as table for 2. staff not fully trained on how to deal with the covid track and trace regards checking in or taking details.was made to wait 15 minutes to wait for 4 bottles of beer even though we were the only poeple in there! on entering, plenty of staff sitting eating there staff food on the tables having there social time. i was told off by this very young man who I think was supposed to be some kind of manager.... its very simple sir, you had the drinks order get them to the table so we have something to drink instead of making us wait a stupid amount of time for you to simply put olives out on a plate! check the cctv if you dont agree! wednesday 7th only customers in...
