"Great service in challenging circumstances. We visited this evening, towards the end of the day for this store. We ordered, but subsequently found some of our choices were not available. The staff and manager made sure we were provided with other choices, and in the end we were very happy with our meal here. Many a place does well when things go well and fa apart when it doesn't. Glad to say that the manager here and her staff made sure we were happy and were extremely attentive. We prefer this Nando's to the other one in the city, and that was well rewarded this evening. Great job to all staff. Thanks for being so attentive when you were so busy with alternate orders. Great job!!!"

still waiting but ordered an hour and 7 minutes ago. not a great day for me at all. will update how long the rod was when it gets here

The food was amazing however it took a long time for food to arrive, a few bugs around the restaurant which wasnt ideal as it was going around peoples food.

Food was good. Drinks arrived when we had almost finished eating. Waited 30 minutes for our desert. Had to go up and ask for it to be served. Not good enough, poor service unfortunately

Not been impressed today as we wait for almost 40 minutes..We are a regular customer and it is first time happen to us,we felt like being ignored as we being served last compare with the other customer..

Waited over 30 minutes for a table then over a further 30 minutes for food to arrive. Apparently short staffed but seemed plenty wandering around aimlessly! Food arrived, peri peri chips didn’t have any peri peri salt, corn on the cob was so cold the butter didn’t melt and the chicken butterfly was so over done it was mainly inedible!

I was a huge fan of Nandos for over 7 years and our favourite is the full platter. Ordered the same today and I was utterly disappointed to see that the portion has reduced significantly to 1 large and 3 small pieces. Even our last order couple of months back had 2 breast and 2 full leg pieces. Also, did not taste the same, quality has gone down.

I was expecting more choice on the menu to be honest having not been to a nandos before. While the meal tasted fine it was nothing special either. The place wasn't busy but we waited quite a while for our food. A lot of jut eat take away drivers we're in and out while we were still waiting. Eventually 3out of 4meals came out then after asking for the last meal it came several minutes later. Not much customer service. Shame really.

When we got home, discovered the order was wrong. Called them and a replacment meal was ready within 15 mins. Can't be anything but complimentary over the way they handled the mistake. The measure of an individual is not how many times they fall, but how many times they get back up. Well done and many thanks to Natalie and the rest of her team for rescuing my son's 18th birthday party so promptly and cheerfully. A credit to themselves and the business.
