"When we got there, the tables were sticky with food all over them (as was the carpet), and the server seemed put out when we asked for them to clean them. We ordered 2 cups of tea to begin with, and both cups were dirty and smelled like old dish water. I had to wait ages to get a replacement from the barman who was so engrossed in a conversation with his mate, he seemed to forget where he was or even what he was employed to do. My GF ordered the half chicken. When it came out 40mins later, the chicken looked as if it'd been stepped on and the sauce had been poured into the carcass rather then on the meat. They got the meal wrong for one of the customers on the table next to us, who also noticed and comented the general mess and food everywhere. The glasses were stacked sky high on almost every table and there were dirty dinner plates and cutlery everywhere. Awful experience. Awful place."

very friendly bar staff. good eating, hot and delicious and incredible worth hot drinks with refilling. clean and comfortable, large venue.

I am not expecting anything exceptional from a Wetherspoon, but the mushroom served with the "gourmet" steak was disappointing. Chefs, please put in more effort.

We came to the restaurant for breakfast, but we had to wait 20 minutes. When our food arrived, there was no maple syrup, and it was cold. The food was replaced, but it was still cold. We were very disappointed and asked for a refund.

Food was good, all arrived what we had ordered. Ordered 2 rounds of drinks waiting 20 minutes, both times went to the bar to investigate where they were. People were vaping at the table inside bot sure if this was allowed as didn't see any security as per usual.
