"This is a fantastic restaurant with excellent value and all homemade dishes at fair prices. I spent a leisurely afternoon waiting for my car while enjoying the lovely atmosphere. The location is beautiful, featuring large windows that let in plenty of light. The pasta I had was delicious, although they quickly sold out of calzones, which looked amazing and I wish I had tried them. I can't wait to go back home and visit again soon!"

"Lovely little restaurant perfect for a cosy meal or catch up with friends. Went here for valentines, service was friendly but we felt it was rather slow for a place that wasn’t overly packed. Have been informed that there is only one chef so this makes it more understandable. I have been here before at lunchtimes with friends and the overall atmosphere has been much better so maybe this was just a one off the food was not quite as nice as I expected but it has been better before so I’m guessing it’s all personal taste! Overall would reccomend to people and hopefully LiAise will continue to prosper!"

"Myself and my family have been to the pizza cafè on various occasions over the past 5 to 10 years. I remember going with my parents from a young age on a Saturday or Sunday as a treat and in my adulthood visiting a few times. Each time I’ve gone sadly the character and standards of the place have continued to decline. The food is average although the prices are still rising, and the service can be quite poor. The pizzas used to be a lot tastier (and bigger), it all seemed fresher, served with a smile and fairly quickly… however on my last visit after being seated me and my partner waited a good 15minutes to be asked which drinks we’d like to order in which case we had already decided what we wanted to eat and quickly ordered not knowing how much longer we’d have to wait for someone to come and take our order again. Then nearly 45mins to an hour later our food arrived! We almost walked out at one point. It wasn’t particularly busy this night either. We had slow service, the food was not worth the price, and we also seemed to be waiting a lot because of a seemingly new staff member not knowing what to do and keeping asking for advice or simply handing it over to someone else which unfortunately I think is what happened to us. I appreciate people have to learn but there should have been a better system in place for someone to help out rather than cause a disruption on a Friday night which could have been a lot busier and caused more delay. I would probably go here again but my expectations are tainted unfortunately."

"I could not mistake the service in this lounge. food and drink order from very efficient and courteous employees. the food is delivered very timely. unfortunately we had to eat without talking. You couldn't hear when the muzak was so loud. I noticed that everyone had to call in communication. not good for the ears, not good for social interaction, certainly not good in the current covid climate. this place could have offered a much better experience if only the volume of the muco was somewhat lower. I notice that these phenomena are very common in restaurants and caffes. is it intentionally designed to scare customers from the superposition of their greeting?"

"Visited today for Sunday lunch. They offer 3 plate sizes for their carvery roast, including small an option for extra meat potatoes. A small portion costs £12 as opposed to the £15 regular plate. There was a choice of turkey, beef or lamb. There isn't a help yourself carvery vegetable bar here; instead everything is plated up in the kitchen served to you. The fresh vegetables roast potatoes were nicely cooked but my turkey unfortunately had some gristley bits on the slice edges. The staff were friendly the tables were clean. There is a small car park with room for about 25 cars."
