the restaurant was too loud and dirty. I was told to move twice, although the table was booked under my name. getting drinks from the bar was impossible. I had served many people before me who arrived at the bar long after I arrived. I would warn people not to book here unless they are a brain or a hen.

This expieranc2 was a disgrace. I left before having meal as theydidnt have a table the girl was rude to me didn't take our order but walked off and left me with our a menu. Would never use again **** awful. I traced for a town 8n gloucestershire to london to get to this meal booked on line never again. This is over 200 miles.

we had a good eating and drinking well and the whole experience was ruined when my daughter had stolen her handbag! how did the person who did this came past the door when the guy was badly dressed and looked out of place like everyone celebrated Christmas. my daughter ran after the guy who was stopped from any reason at the door that gave her the opportunity to confront him and get her wallet back, she informed the bouncer who did not seem to disturb us that he did not care. will not book a table there again nasty experience Visualizza piatti

Our visit to The Long Acre bar and restaurant was to meet up with friends. Orders are made and paid for at the bar and food brought to the table. Service was fine and staff advised a tour group were due in so we placed our order fairly quickly. The starters were tasty and of a good size calamari, baked Camembert, bread (only olive bread served) and popcorn chicken. The mains were disappointing with a very dry risotto and chips which could have been crispier. Beers were as expected with a nice Prosecco available. Pop in for a drink and snack during the day.

I read the reviews thoroughly before going here and although they were not great the main whinge's were around service. Worth a try I thought and was right. The food is good both in quality and portion sizes. The service is fine but could be improved. The main issue is that they are trying to be a bar and a restaurant and a club. Although the club is separate the bar and restaurant are integrated. Our waitress went off to investigate a few things about the booking and specials. Unfortunately she seemed to be serving behind the bar a few minutes later while we waited for her to return so we could order. I made a reservation for 4 persons through 'opentable ' last Saturday evening. As me and my partner arrived eventhough we mentioned that we had a reservation they didn 't listen and asked us to wait. When the waiting was over 10mins, my partner went to the manager and raised it again. They said they were clearing the tables and they gave us a table for 2. I kept repeating our booking but it was although he was not listening and kept saying this is all they had. Finally I got his attention and said 'we made a booking for 4 '.
