I live in the village, and I want to express my gratitude to The Manor for the delicious fish and chips and peas they delivered to us tonight. It was absolutely wonderful and a delightful treat, especially as I am undergoing chemotherapy and have been indoors for a week. Thank you, Ruth Hosking.

The meal was beautiful, featuring wonderful homemade food. There was a lovely selection of specialties and desserts, all of which we found delicious. The decor was impressive, and the service was excellent. The pub was bustling with activity, creating a fantastic atmosphere, even on a Wednesday night!

Lovely staff, really helpful. Originally just stopped outside from a long walk with my dog waiting for hubby to pick me up, but lovely member of staff saw us waiting and got a bowl of water for the dog. Seeing as it was a lovely day, once hubby arrived we decided to have a drink and some lunch. Food was faultless and very generous portions! Need to do another long dog walk near there soon!

Wonderful atmosphere with a very tasty and well presented food menu. I also particularly liked the extensive gin menu and thoroughly enjoyed my rhubarb and ginger gin! We were impressed with the size of portions too. When the kitchen door opened you could just hear the staff singing along to something which was great because a happy kitchen is a happy restaurant! I would definitely recommend this place and will be back very soon.

Fantastic restaurant! The atmosphere is wonderful. I dined at The Manor on a Tuesday night and was pleasantly surprised by how busy this charming little spot was. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was outstanding. The moules marinière were a true masterpiece, and the lamb rack was both delicious and expertly prepared. Overall, this level of service and quality is something I would typically expect from a much more renowned establishment, and the prices are reasonable considering the high standard of the offerings.
