The food is good, although a bit expensive. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. I might explore other dining options in the future.

Very good service and friendly staff. Asked to swap out an item on a set deal and they happily did this free of charge. And there was a lot of food. Very tasty

A friend brought tea tonight fish and chips from Merlin's in Towcester, and it was terrible, yesterdays chips reheated, I dare not eat the fish it was very dry and did not look at all appetizing so after a taste gave it a miss. Will not be using again. Visualizza piatti

Don't rely on them being open. I turned up 20 mins before closing time and they were in there, lights on, but the door was locked and clearly they were not open! Rude, unreliable and a waste of time going there. Staff just looked at you. Never again. Avoid.

The customer service at this restaurant is really poor. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered by 6:45pm. I waited until 7pm, assuming it was busy on a Friday, but when I tried calling, they hung up on me four times without speaking and never delivered my food.

This chippy is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is fresh, but they need to change the oil more often. The chips in general are always over cooked and too crispy, add old oil to the mix and they are hardly edible. Tried to order a delivery online and when went to place order, delivery no longer available. Ordered for collection instead and when got home large portion was missing. Called and was told that online payment on different machine and if I wanted a refund I had to go back. Sadly the once great service seems to be disappearing so will consider alternatives in future.

I placed an online order yesterday evening, May 24th. When the order arrived, the driver was polite and handed me the bag. However, when I unpacked the pie and chips, they were all stone-cold. I tried to contact the restaurant by phone to complain, but the call cut off straight away. I will not be ordering from them again and I strongly advise others not to use their services.

The quality and quantity has completely gone downhill whilst the prices have gone up. Portion sizes are around half of what they use to be. Chips are now terrible, almost like they have reheated a batch, and mixed in with a fresh batch to bulk them out. Donner meat use to be the best in town, but now it’s mushy and full of gristle. Chicken kebab portion has now become so small you get more salad than meat with a horrendous price tag. Sorry but they have seen the last of my custom. Visualizza piatti
