Couldn’t use the disabled toilet or “baby change” because it’s the cleaning cupboard and didn’t have a lock, all the stalls in the gents had broken doors and no lights. If they can’t even look after the basics I dread to think what happens behind the scenes.

Went for the LFC match, which was removed for viewing in favour of the adverts for the 6 Nations 20 minutes before match started. When we suggested basic common sense to staff we were, ‘not to be $hitty.’ Outrageous. We live in Sevenoaks, have been many times…. Would not go back if it were free!

Stopped in for a pint a quick bite to eat on a summer's day, it's ever so nice, clean, it also has air-conditioning a friendly Landlord, feels looks like a country village pub, very welcoming.. The food ordered arrived quickly was delicious.. There's a good selection of drinks menu options a really lovely place, I look forward to coming again..

Booked after seeing all their advertising to watch the 6 Nations on their Big Screen which looked ideal. Unfortunately what they didn't tell you was that the Big Screen was run off a firestick and a really dodgy Wi Fi which meant that we missed quite a bit of the game due to constant buffering. No one seemed to have an idea how to improve it. Won't be doing that again..

My daughters and I visited for Sunday roast and the food itself was fantastic but a bit over crowded on the plate making it difficult to negotiate around items but the quality was there. The service was not the best but I think the staff may all be new as no one knew what was happening but were very pleasant just in need of direction. With a few tweaks to service it could be a good place.

Went in for a pint and to ask for a table for the lions match. Told it was fully booked for game, and at the moment even though was half empty. Found me a little table in the corner, slow service and not very pleasant either. While I was drinking my expensive pint they amazingly 'found ' a table for 4 other people for the game. I asked why they told me no tables were available and was told they just sorted one. One to avoid for the future

Went in to order food with my family. We went in through door with ramp for the pram into the restaurant. Couldn't find staff but there were lots of empty tables so we sat down and chose food from menu. Went round to the bar to order where staff behind the bar literally didn't say a word, I said hello and started to order food when they stopped me and asked if we'd booked. I said no and she turned and started talking to another staff member, then after 2 or 3 minutes said, sorry you can't order food. No signs, nothing on the website, no staff to tell you or to ask. Such a waste of time.

The only pub we could get a table for Sunday lunch on Fathers Day we took a chance (after reading some of the dreadful reviews) and booked. Sadly the poor reviews were correct. Split into two with an area for eating and a bar section it was surprisingly quiet for a Sunday afternoon which gave a rather flat atmosphere. I will say all of the staff we dealt with were exceptionally friendly and helpful so from the outset we felt welcomed and looked after. Sadly this was the only positive of the lunch. Four out of five of us ordered the roast beef, unusually for a pub, there was no wine list so when the order was taken our server reeled off a number of drinks we could order which was not ideal as...

Went for lunch on Saturday with my husband and sister in law. Have been to this pub quite a few times and although the service has never been fantastic I was shocked at how bad it was. The last time we came (a few months ago) it was awful but we said we would give it another try as the food is nice and it’s a good looking pub. We were shown to our table and 10 mins later no one came over. There was no staff in the restaurant part at all for the whole meal.
