"The food was fantastic and lived up to expectations. However, I was disappointed by the service. My spouse and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary at this restaurant. When we arrived, we were seated at a table with only one set of cutlery and no glasses for our drinks, including a bottle of water. The staff seemed disinterested and lacking in enthusiasm. There was a lack of warmth or hospitality from them. When it came time for dessert, we placed our order with one waitress, only to have another waitress come by and try to take our order again. It was frustrating to have to reorder due to a miscommunication. Nobody asked us if we wanted more drinks throughout the meal. It's a pity because the food and decor were beautiful, but our special occasion was dampened by the lackluster service."

The food was excellent, large portions and well cooked. The staff was really friendly, we found the service a little slow. There was a nice atmosphere, put back, but still ok to get a little dressed

The cozy ambiance was lovely, the staff was extremely attentive, and the food was served quickly and was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family! We had a great time staying at the hotel and also loved taking a stroll down to the boathouse.

We have just been here for lunch. The restaurant was cold, with most guests wrapped up to keep warm. We waited an hour for our main course and when we asked Why the wait, the maitres’d said it was because I had ordered soup to start and that meant they could not serve the main! For an hour? No apology. She then said it was just coming out and we had a further 10 minute wait for really average quality food. We won’t be back .

We dined at this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and had a very good experience. The location on the lake was beautiful. However, when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, the menu was somewhat strange (for example, you couldn't order an appetizer and a main course) and on the expensive side. The children's meal was excellent for our three-year-old, but the food for adults was just average. The service was also very slow, even though the restaurant was only half full. Overall, we plan on returning for Sunday dinner in the future.

Beautiful view over Lake and exemplary service of Sam, otherwise we would not go anywhere. Menu limited in choice, steaks seem a large part, but strange choice in terms of cuts of meat, and inability of cooking to order. The 2 hangers steaks, apparently only cooked medium, came medium rarely what was edible, and then rarely what was not. The later cooked a little more then came well done and inedible. Pate Starter served with digestive biscuits that could not add with the godfather without crumbling into a thousand pieces. These problems are solved when they took the last bill.
