"The ambiance and modern interiors are fresh, simple and sophisticated. We loved having the option of choosing between a fixed menu and a la cart. The menu itself is unique and interesting with a twist with focusing on vegetables as the main course with the option to include meat or fish options. The filet mignon was the best we’ve ever had…perfectly seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection. The wine selection had a great variety and all the staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable about the various menus. Overall a wonderful dining experience with zero negative or cunstructive feedback."

So glad I found this restaurant (listed on Michelin guide app and Winestar app) as the food, service, and wine were wonderful. The gnocchi appetizer was phenomenal and 3 small tastings were on the house and very good. I had the Alpine perch and mushroom cauliflower entree which were also very good. Plum cake for dessert was fantastic. Great wine list, including half bottles—Gaja was perfect! Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. A great meal experience well worth it in Zermatt!
