"We did a botomless brunch yesterday (14/4/2022) at The Phantom and it was a great experience. The full English breakfast was of high standard and the drinks were flowing. I would especially like to thank the staff who were looking after us (sorry I didn't catch their names) they are a credit to the business. Good friendly sports bar, in our case showing 6 nations games. The food and drinks were both good. Only downside is that service was a bit slow. It was very busy and there didn’t seem to be enough bar staff on.

The Phantom is a great night out. Good music, good drinks and the staff, well, what can I say…..Kelly, Gianna, Adam are great staff. And the newest member, Nikita will love working there! There are more staff, but these are working tonight!! Halloween Pumpkins btw

This is the best value for money in Loughborough! After three years living here, all my friends agree that this is the best pub for students and locals. The £3 drinks on Thursdays are unbelievable, and the burgers are amazing! Also, Kalum provides exceptional service.

We visited on Saturday for a friend's 21st birthday brunch. Gianna provided exceptional service, taking care of us for 90 minutes and ensuring we always had a drink in hand. the phantom visited this week for the first time. absolutely brilliant team, great selection of beer and eating and the speed of the service was not the second. we each ordered a burger and large bowl and were very satisfied with the size of the portion and the delivery of feed. they would be highly recommended!

came this afternoon when I finished work for something to eat. we had a burger, chips and 10 wings, which were offered on a deal they had on Wednesday at 30p a wing. that was nice and we are very good value for money. think about coming here more often, especially on a Wednesday to offer most of the Wednesday wings.
