This is no ordinary pub lunch. The chef is excellent. The potions are large. A wonderful experience.

A bit pricey for the quality of the food plus the reservation I made was lost. The whole place was a little chaotic.

Great service, delicious food, the building is beautiful inside and out. The best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Mouthwatering desserts.

I met friends for a light lunch, I chose the open Prawn sandwich. The service was good, food tasty and plenty of parking. I will return again.

Pop in occasionally and sit outside. Have a heated covered area and plenty of seating. Dog bowls available. Plenty of parking, clean and good service.

We got told to not return due to complaining about the terrible service and quality of the food. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service by a manager (Lizzie) in my life. Rather than trying to rectify this issue we wasn’t happy with, she became incredibly defensive, aggressive and rude and in the end started laughing at us. Do not bother going!

We were very pleased to be able to book a table at short notice. The pub was very busy as you'd expect but this didn't affect the fabulous service or food, great ambience also. There were plenty of staff and all were very attentive and provided excellent service. Great choice on the menu and the food was presented beautifully, was very hot and tasted fantastic. We sat chatting, eating drinking for 3 hours and the time just flew by. Great selection of wines to choose from and very reasonably priced. Thanks so much for a great dining experience, very unusual in a pub these days! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic food and excellent service. This is not pub food. This is a high-class, high-quality restaurant with attentive and helpful staff, a varied menu, set in a spacious, welcoming, and comfortable dining room. You have to wait a bit for your food as it is all freshly prepared, but you don't notice the waiting time as you would in a regular pub. The atmosphere and the ambience are relaxing, and when your food arrives, your wait is so worth it. Beautifully cooked, exquisitely presented, perfectly sized portions of fresh, delicious food that easily surpassed our expectations.
