Enjoyed the meal apart from having to wait at least 20mins for my cookie dough desert!

first visit and we loved it absolutely. eating was fantastic and the service was great. they were for the birthday of my man and have taken care of us, especially clare. will definitely be visited again and recommend a visit.

that was the third time that I must say that I was disappointed that it seems to have gone down a steep hill. the tables were sticky prices are ridiculous my burger was dry, but the friendliness was really good with us from all employees

Food is ok but would is a little monotonous and stodgy without vegetables. Service was very disappointing; we were brought the wrong beer but the bar refused to change it. Nobody checked if our food was ok once received, and we had to wait an age to get the bill. Visualizza piatti

had heard Rave reviews about the years and never came, but I must be too late to the party when I was not impressed. eating was average and quite expensive for what it was, the service was first ok, then was slow when we wanted to pay. I didn't get dessert when we thought we were waiting too long. probably will be coming back

Considering the restaurant wasn't that busy as it was a Thursday evening, the service was pretty poor and unfriendly. Beer of choice not available. Starters were nice and good portion sizes; onion bomb, nachos, texas toast. But it would have been nice to be advised how large the portions of Texas Toast were, as we wouldn't have ordered 2 portions. We then spent 20-25 mins waiting for our starters to be cleared away, however the mains did follow quite soon afterwards, but by that time we were no longer hungry. This was the third time we came to the Smoke House and I have to say firstly the positive points: Very nice clean restaurant Ambiance is very good Staff very friendly Not so good points: I came for a family occasion and my wife, children and I were taken into a back area seating when there was plenty at the front and this area was cold (not sure why we were seated there) Starter of Italian sausage was warm, not too hot, and sauce tasted like it was from a jar.
