"We ordered food from ‘the place’ tonight with a delivery time of 8.30. When we first ordered it said roughly an hours wait. Once we paid it jumped to 2 hours. We understood it must be busy and accepted that. 8.30 came and still no food. I waited until 9.00 and phoned them numerous of times but the phone was unplugged. We then got an update via just eat and said it has been delayed until 9.30! This is now getting to the point where it’s getting beyond a joke. 10pm arrives and they cancel our order! What a waste of 3 and a half hours! I will never be ordering food here and hope people read this.I wish I could give them lower then 1 star! AVOID! Happy new year"

The food is really nice, portions are fairly decent and it has good prices. In short, totally recommended if you like Chinese food.

The food here is really nice, probably best or the close second Chinese in Lincoln in my opinion. The price is reasonable for the price too

Don't let the simplicity of the dining area put you off. The food is delicious. Not overly salty, every element of the dishes come through in eating. Very friendly and fast service.

The food was fine, but on a order of 5 dishes and one drink, they managed to screw up two items of that order and then over charge on the bill. When there are plenty of other Chinese restaurants out there, pick one of the plentiful others.

The foods are plentiful (3 course), well presented freshly cooked. However the buffet is more personal, being with friends, having noodles 2 mains myself, being dearer than open buffets. Good value for presentation quantity. I didn't get to try friends' choices of dishes, along with mine. Friendly helpful staff was good too

Over 2 hrs waiting for food to be delivered no-one answering the phone when calling to find out what the delay is then when food finally arrived was cold. Driver as unhappy as we were due to being only driver working of 3 on a Saturday night! If you can’t provide a service due to lack of staff CLOSE don’t rob people of time and money with poor service.
