Good Staff always make the difference. If you like 'spoons then this is a good one. If you don 't like 'spoons, this is a good one anyway.

A very nice small fish and chips with mushy peas,plus Doombar real ale under a £10.staff friendly and its clean.car Park £1.50 for 2 hours

It's same in every witherspoon tables with dirty plates cups food left on them trying to get a drink is hard work at the bar and grandson would be nice to wipe and clean tables

First time at this Wetherspoons and looking forward to going again. It was a sunny day and had the choice of sitting outside either at the front or the back. Fish and chips were excellent as was the service.

last week visited and was very impressed. there was a young lady who served the tables and he was a joy. so friendly and helpful and a good one for this pub. the pub itself was clean and tidy and the food was served quickly and was delicious. we will be back in the summer, as it notices many seats in the open

the standard option for meals and drinks. we have subsidized local pub and hotel trade during a short break in wells, but always back to the quarter jack for quality and worth. The wood type Deco renovation complements the building, a former furniture showroom and the adjoining shelf cinema. beautiful garden with well maintained plants and a rear terrace with all weather cabins made of huge concrete pipe sections!

Stopped for breakfast one morning. Food and drinks were served quickly, and were good value. Only down sides were that the coffee machine had run out of most options and hadn't been refilled, and a potentially embarrassing situation where a male member of staff went into the female toilets and opened a cubicle to clean without knocking. May want to knock on cubicles first, or at least fit locks to the cubicle doors.

a very good pub in Wetherspoon style, good outdoor area and very friendly service, I had only one coffee in the daytime, but I know that their beer are always good. also near the city center. they pay the parking space, don't forget! will be really busy, so ready for the waiting queue. they try to this time with more employees, but sometimes 1or2 ring in sick and the others need to pick up the black. real beautiful decoration too.

I have been going this pub with friends for years, but tonight the Katsu curry was absolutely awful so I returned this food to only be given something just as bad, I later order 2 apple crumbles which took a very long time to arrive, which when they arrived they looked like they had been reheating at least 3 times the ice portion tiny melted mostly, I was very diplomatic I said that the desserts were very poor Bering in mine we have order this for years without problem, the way in which the manager kitchen staff handled the situation was incredibly poor, when I complained I was told there is nothing wrong, your not getting your money back, said you have already complained about your curry, w...
