Great atmosphere. Staff were really friendly. Food all day with great prices. Massive space outside with seperate area for kids if you wish. Will definitely be returning

Amazing pub, really lovely atmosphere, pool tables, live entertainment regular, and really good food, great value, drinks are cold, and service is quick, the staff were all friendly, especially Shelby who went the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed. My daughter is a musician, so we attended to do a live set, and it was the best experience I’ve had at a venue yet, highly recommend this pub

Have been here a few times now and can’t fault it . Great service , all the staff are really friendly . If there is an issue i believe it’s how it’s dealt with . I had an issue with cold food I have eaten here several times before and food has been perfect and the waiter and manageress dealt with it incredibly . As said previously , having been here several times I’ve never encountered any problems and I was made aware the chef was in training so mistakes are bound to happen . I recently had one of the best Sunday roasts I've had in a long time at this restaurant. The pork belly was delicious, and the roasted vegetables were cooked to perfection. The cauliflower cheese as a side option was also fantastic. I'm glad I don't live nearby, as I might never cook a roast dinner again after dining here. One person in our group had a steak, which was also cooked beautifully. The restaurant has been refurbished to feel like a modern country pub in a residential area, with ample parking and great outdoor space. My family and I had a fantastic meal at the Queen Charlotte on Sunday. The service was excellent, and the meal itself was top-notch. We started with the delicious homemade scotch egg, which had a perfectly runny yolk and tasty sausage meat, all wrapped in crispy breadcrumbs and served with chutney/jam and salad. For our main course, we all enjoyed the belly pork roast dinner, which was cooked to perfection with tender pork, crispy crackling, and all the trimmings. The gravy was amazing, so we even asked for an extra jug. This restaurant has been our go-to spot for many years, but we haven't visited very often. However, since it was taken over and renovated, we have no hesitation in stopping by for a drink, especially after walking the dog or grabbing a bite to eat. Five of us went on Sunday and we were thrilled to see that they still served roast dinners at 6pm. My husband started with the scotch egg, which was delicious and came with salad and chutney. The food was excellent, with generous portions of fantastic roast potatoes and gravy (we asked for extra gravy and it was brought out promptly).
