To be fair, the service was outstanding during my recent visit. The food met the expected standards, and the decor was lovely. We weren't hurried at all and were able to relax and enjoy our meal in peace. I will definitely return.

Regarding kid-friendliness: I initially hadn't planned to bring my toddler, but last minute I needed to. I called the Red Lion to explain, and they were very understanding, assuring me it was no problem. When we arrived, they had even set up the sofa bed for us, which was a nice touch. This pub was incredible. Very accommodating to me and my aunt with two service dogs. Polite and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Staff showed us to a table and bought a bowl of water for our dogs. Staff even came over to stroke the dogs and bought over a dog bed for them to rest on. Top notch service and very fast getting our orders through. Thank you Red Lion Radlett Dietary restrictions: My aunt is allergic to black pepper and they accommodated the change in food. We stayed at The Red Lion with our friends and family for our wedding in Shenley, and Carolyn, Dan, and their team were absolutely incredible throughout the whole weekend! The food was delicious, the rooms were cozy and clean, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The staff was always eager to answer our questions, provide us with everything we needed, and they made us feel extremely welcome! We highly recommend this place, especially for those looking for a true British weekend experience, complete with a cozy pub, a lovely British breakfast, and excellent beers.
