great food. many precautions on site and place re: covid so no consider eating there. would order an extra sauce next time.

The food was enjoyable, but a bit on the expensive side. We visited for my husband's birthday, and they surprised him with a cake and a candle, which was a lovely touch. The service was outstanding.

Lovely meal with a delightful server. Only concern was the positioning of the lights over the pictures which at least gave us something to ponder at the start of the evening. Some of the best steaks we 've had in the UK.

One of the best meals I've ever had! The service was wonderful, and the food was amazing—truly nothing to complain about. The Rib Room at Ramside truly lived up to its reputation for serving excellent steak. I chose the 10oz Rib Eye and was thoroughly impressed from the first bite to the last. It was a beautifully cooked piece of meat (cooked rare, to be specific), bursting with flavor and incredibly tender. The portion size was generous, and the variety of side dishes offered plenty of options. I was really impressed, and I will definitely be returning.

I'm a big fan of the Rib Room, and this was my first time visiting for Sunday dinner. It lived up to my expectations, with friendly staff, quick service, and exceptionally high-quality meat! The portion sizes were generous, and there was a nice selection of desserts. I tried the brownie, which was tasty, though it would be even better if the sauce were warmed up and served with vanilla ice cream to balance the richness. The two-course deal for £19 is a great value, and overall, I highly recommend it for Sunday dinner!

The tagliatelle with halibut was flavorful, although the fish was slightly overcooked and the skin was burnt; nonetheless, it was still quite good. The carpaccio was a bit of a letdown. The meat was cut too thick, and the aioli was overly rich and left a bad aftertaste. Additionally, the quality of the beef used was not great, so I'm glad we didn’t try the steak. Overall, the food was delicious, the menu offered great variety, and the wine selection was enjoyable but on the pricier side. I would rate the decor 9/10, the food 8/10, and the service 10/10.
