Attended the beer festival here. Wow what a night. It was fabulous, staff all cheerful although run off their feet. Lovely atmosphere.

I 've just come home after a party to celebrate the life of a dear friends son ,the staff were so friendly caring and courteous ,the food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it , everyone enjoyed it, It was under the circumstances a delightful afternoon

This review refers to the Okeford Fitzpaine Pub which may not now be operating! Unpretentious, excellent value, great service. Two meals and two pints of cider for £21, as at 16 April 2023. Unbeatable value. In response to my question on opening hours... Food is served 6 to 8pm Wednesday through Saturday and 12pm to 3pm Sunday .
