"We came here today for the first time and loved it! It's a hot day and the place was rammed when we arrived. We ordered food and were advised it would be 45 minutes and it was .. but it was worth the wait! Lobster and Prawn cocktail followed by Chicken Caesar salad and a freshly made southern fried chicken salad. The staff are non stop and under pressure yet still smiling! Dog friendly just made it perfect. Thanks"

Staff are so lovely. Really nice after refurbishment. Dog friendly and good place to stop for refreshments after wee walk along the canal. Food is really good.

Just had my Mums 60th birthday lunch here. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and accommodating and helped make it such a fab day for Mum. Food was excellent would highly recommend! We will definitely be back :

I was on route back from a long bike ride and stopped off here for lunch. Service was quick and very friendly. Two pints, two sandwiches and chips. Total bill was £30 including the tip. It was even warm enough to sit outside. Worth a stopover if you are along the canal.
