"Where to start! Firstly i cant blame the White Horse at all . It was a Greek establishment that took over the kitchen for the night! We sat down at 7pm to be told a list of items that were not on the original menu! Including Moussaka! We were the first table to order! So we went to order three Pastitio . We were told there were only three! The food was so Salty! Chops were inedible due to saltiness. £12 for an undercooked gyro is too much . Come on The White Horse ditch the Greek this is not up to your standards At all !"

Really enjoyed our visit. Staff excellent, not only on the evening but previously with regard to a parking fine we incurred.

Two of us had the fish and chips the batter was not cooked the waitress was very apologetic said the chef was having trouble with the fryers we did not pay for two of the meals .

Had a fantastic time, food was exceptional festive burger was the taste of Christmas in a burger and my wife loved the salmon with fennel and salsify. Looking forward to our next visit

we received a very warm welcome in the white horse. even though they just opened, they had already had the fires for us. the service was fantastic. the Monday two courses was an excellent value for money and the eating delicious.

wemt for sunday dinner and both had the roast beef ...was superb, this was accompanied by a decent bottle of red and followed by the cheescake of the week which was delicious. Freshly prepared food and great valie for the quality with good choice

what a nice experience we had. the Christmas dinner was great, the meat was tender, and the rest of the food was delicious. the atmosphere was beautiful and the service was extremely attentive. we will definitely go back and try the rest of the menu, esp a Sunday. would recommend it, and I am a fussy foodie, so trust me, this is a beautiful little place with delicious food

very enjoyed our experience in the white horse. there was a wait for dinner, but it wasn't really important because we weren't in any hurry and the staff kept us informed about everything. they gave us a drink at the house to compensate and it was new tears eve at a busy time. the food was also good and I would highly recommend the spicy garn starter. Many thanks for making our visit one to remember for the right reasons.
