"I went for my birthday meal which was a few days before, my son in law asked for a cake which they agreed too then when he went back tho ask for it they said the kitchen was closed now, also my son ordered bbq chicken wings as a starter which came still freezing in the middle, my 13 yr old was hungry and wanted to eat them but I had to stop him, they brought fresh ones out but the problem is the food isn’t up to much and the charge before you’ve eaten and ask for a tip before you’ve even been served so how can you tip poor quality service food before you know what you’re going to get, not saying the the waiter was bad , he was I would say the only one who was polite (a young lad with pony tail and accent) and did his best in a badly run establishment. I said burger as it was the best looking meal at the table, the currys we got had Nan bread placed on top of the poppadum which made it soggy, all the food was frozen and not fresh so I can’t give it a good review"

I cannot believe that we were charges £41.00 for 3 bacon and egg sandwich’s (which took 30 minutes to come even though the place was not busy) and 5 coffees… extortionate!!! Beware of breakfast here

kris and Shannon was amazing for our first time here at the willows. Both attitude and persona was top notch, very helpful and great service from both. Definitely recommend bringing all family member and friends here at THE WILLOWS!

Sorry to write this but must say first of all that the food was very nice indeed, the mixed grill and the scampi. The service was good too. BUT the cleanliness of The Willows left a lot to be desired, I’m afraid. Sticky tables, dirty salt and pepper pots, food left on chairs from other people, menus so greasy and badly marked. Well what can I say, we've been staying in the hotel and it's been amazing! The waitresses molly and Stephanie have been perfect and have really helped us with all our needs! Molly always brings a smaile to our face and is a great laugh! I couldnt recommend her more.They've gone above and beyond for us and the company. The food has been amazing I really want to thank Tyler and baz for looking after us on that depart!

Met my sister here as it’s half way between us. Not been here before but loved it !!! Easy access from motorway and lovely inside and nice outdoor seating too. The food menu is great ! Lots to choose from. We shared a chicken bacon lettuce on toasted bloomer which came with a few chips for £7.75. It was just enough for us and great price too ! The staff were cheerful and polite. Very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. We will now make this our place to meet in future. Highly recommended. Thanks to the staff.
