The staff is always welcoming at this restaurant. They have a beautiful selection of tempting appetizers and main dishes to choose from. We sat outside and enjoyed the delicious mezza. We feel fortunate to have this restaurant in Lyme.

I love this place. My omni friend and I turned up on yesterday's rainy Saturday afternoon. We enjoyed tasty food in a pleasant atmosphere. I ate a block pastry dish with pistachio pesto and long stemmed broccoli. My pud (both meals vegan) was layers of loveliness blueberry purée, nougette, ganache, mocha to be honest I knew what any of it meant but it was glorious

I was in Lyme Regis with work colleagues, and we happened upon Tierra. I am vegan and all my colleagues are omnivores. We had the most amazing food, probably the best food I have ever eaten out in England. Colleagues have said, that this is the best place they have eaten this year. Wonderful, exciting, delicious food. It is worth visiting Lyme Regis simply to have a meal here. Two weeks later and we are still talking about it.

We booked table for dinner, I think they may have forgot to book us in but thy accommodated us anyway and I am glad they did as the food was really good! They had several vegan friendly wines on the winelist, We had had a trio of falafels to nibble on while we waited and a pepper roulade with giant cous couse for mains followed by a Cava Cheddar Strawberry Trifle, with honeycomb a coconut vanilla ice cream. We will definitely be back! It was yummy! x

Visited on a Saturday lunchtime. Though we had booked, there was enough space for anyone to be able to get a table without booking. I had an organic salad to start. For the main dish, I had the vegan mezze platter – hummus, falafel, etc. Dessert was a peach and passionfruit sorbet with granola, honeycomb and coconut ice cream (vegan). The food generally was good, though the menu is limited and it would be nice to see more inventive vegan options for the main course. Certainly worth visiting though.

If you're within driving distance of Lyme Regis, and you fancy a bit of reasonably priced posh nosh, find your way to Tierra Kitchen on Coombe Street and enjoy this vegetarian vegan gem. With a frequently changing menu, two thirds of all the dishes on offer are usually vegan. No need to ask about the wine it's vegan too. The evening menu is fixed price two or three courses, but at lunch time you can mix it up with a variety of smaller dishes. With only 26 covers (plus a few outside) you may need to book, but believe me you won't regret it.

The café is situated on a peaceful street close to the main train station. It offers a variety of vegan dishes, including delectable desserts. I liked my lunch, although the salad options could be better in terms of selection and quality. One suggestion is to find a more sanitary way to display unpackaged food items currently left out at waist height near the waiting area. The employees were friendly, there was no loud music playing, and the restrooms were clean. Additionally, they had a nice selection of packaged items available for purchase. I would definitely return when in the area.

Charming. The restaurant has clean wooden floors and tables, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. The menu features a variety of dishes with a unique twist, incorporating fresh locally sourced vegetables from Middle Eastern, Indian, and Italian cuisines. The tagine is outstanding! Additionally, the Guinness cake and coconut and mango cake are irresistible treats. The coffee, including decaf options, is excellent. The prices are reasonable. It's the perfect spot to warm up after a cold, windy day of fossil hunting on the beach in December. Outdoor seating is available for when warmer weather arrives.

It is so often utterly depressing eating out as a vegetarian. Choices are often dull, unimaginative stodge or so healthy as to be entirely unsatisfying. All praise then to this unpretentious but delightful cafe style reataurant. The food choices are all full of imagination and tasy and unusual combinations; beautfully presented and made and served with thought and love and totally delicious and satisfying. Not a huge menu but well thought out and the puddings are a sinful delight too. Small premises but a pleasant outside seating area by the river in a reasonably quiet part of this bustling town. It would be no exageration to say this was probably the finest meal I have had out. Not cheap bu...
