I noticed her speaking to someone who appeared to be the manager, but he didn’t come to check on us. We visit this restaurant frequently, so we were quite disappointed with how we were treated, especially considering how hard my mother tried to come out. It took some time for someone to notice we were waiting for drinks, but when the waitress did come by, she was very pleasant and checked on us after we finished our meal."

We went to Toby Carvery last Thursday and didn’t realise you have to book a table , so we couldn’t eat there , so booked for this afternoon and place was practically empty , food was good and hot service first class

Despite making a reservation, we had to wait about 10 minutes upon arrival. Then, we stood in a waiting queue very close to us for an additional 30 minutes just to get a carvery, which I really don't understand, especially since I had made a booking.

the restaurant, was pleasantly decorated very clean, the service was welcoming with a smile very polite, the menu was well set out and fairly priced, the food was well laid out, very tasty cooked to a delight, all the staff were also well organised, we will be calling back to this little treasure in Swindon.
