"The Touring restaurant in Biasca is a real hidden culinary jewel. Located in a quiet school area, it offers plenty of parking and a welcoming atmosphere, making any visit pleasantly stress-free. Upon arrival, one is greeted by an inviting exterior, with outdoor seating options for those who prefer to enjoy the weather. Although my arrival time was always after the meal, the air was always filled with appetizing aromas from other customers' dishes, a tempting promise of what the menu had to offer. In addition to the charm of the place, the service is another strong point. The staff are always friendly, smiling and attentive, contributing to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Although I have not yet had the opportunity to try their cuisine, the cocktails and aperitifs offered have always been of a high standard, accompanied by a fair and honest bill. Ultimately, the Touring Restaurant in Biasca is a place worth visiting, both for a simple aperitif and for a complete dinner. Can't wait to go back and try their cuisine. Well deserved five stars!"

Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedingungen. Da wir uns seit längerer Zei vegan ernähren waren wir sehr dankbar als uns ein mega Steinpilrisotto serviert wurde . Frisch und vegan. Bravo auch der Salat zur Vorspeise war frischdanke.

Consigliato da amici ho voluto provare questo locale a cena.Sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso. Dall'esterno da più l'idea del "bar di quartiere", il che non vuol comunque dire che sia di scarso "livello".Visto le temperature ci siamo accomodati all'esterno ed abbiamo optato per una "tartare". Scelta ottima.... sia dal profilo qualitativo che quantitativo. Molto cordiale e gentile, pur rimanendo discreto, il gerente che ci ha preparato il piatto al tavolo.Il prezzo assolutamente nella norma. Lo consiglio vivamente.

We found this place accidentally after having had trouble finding a restaurant open on a Monday for lunch. We had a steak and chips, a bottle of water and espressos for only just over for two people. Believe me, for Switzerland that is very...reasonable indeed. A perfectly fine stop over point. The restaurant is not in the centre, not especially picturesque, but, we felt, good value. Service was smooth and quick. It did what we wanted and at a reasonable price. Tripadvisor needs a grade between 'Average' and 'Very Good'. This was three and a half dots, I'd say
