We was greeted and seated the service was very good and quick. Great for deserts a big selection. We had scoops of bubblegum and coconut, another strawberry and chocolate huge scoops. The milk shakes are so delicious.

Terrible service and extremely rude staff with no basic customer service skills, the staff claimed to have hardly anything on the menu just couldn’t be bothered. An embarrassment of a restaurant, never again would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Dessert after wagamama. Tried treatZ this time rather than Creams again. Friends had cake, I had the coconut and pistachio gelatos on a wafer. Absolutely delicious. Lots of space to sit, order at the till and they bring the dessert once it's done.

Ive been many times to treatz and no matter how many times i get there, how busy it is, whether dine in or take out, Aqeel is the best, very prompt service. Im a picky eater and whenever i go he remembers what i like...and how i would like it so i don’t need to mention him every time i go. His attitude towards his work is on an entirely different level. Good going. I am sure you are a valuable member of your treatz team.

My second visit here, staff not fantastic to be honest, they could try a bit harder to be welcoming. However I ordered two scoops of sorbet in a waffle basket and it was a pretty generous serving. On an earlier occasion I'd ordered a sorbet...sundae which was massive, so ordered a smaller version this time, but it was still a really good size for the money. Definitely recommend, I just wish the staff were a bit more welcoming.

As I suffer from a disability it’s really hard for me to go into a restaurant and speak but I went into treatz between and on the of February with my children and the young man who was working during the day...didn’t manage to get his name was so welcoming. My children was struggling to choose over two flavours so he let them try a tester. And when it came to order he was so kind and understanding. Well done to the young lad keep up the good work.

I had ordered a strawberry indulge waffle and wrote in the restaurant notes that I did not want ice cream or chocolate sprinkles on my waffle as I am allergic. When my waffle arrived it had both ice cream and chocolate sprinkles on it. When...I rang up the shop, a very rude and ignorant man answered the phone and was almost judging me for not wanting to have ice cream or chocolate on my waffle. I then told him I was allergic and he was not trying to understand or help. He told me that there was no restaurant notes which there was as I have a screenshot of it.
