"First the positive. The staff were very friendly. No complaints there. Unfortunately that was the only thing positive about the place. Ordered a Ham and mustard sandwich on brown bread with a salad garnish. The sandwich arrived and what a sorry thing it was. A piece of cheap ham slice between 2 slices of thin low quality bread. No salad so the replacement was a few crisps added to the side of the plate. Cost 4.40 poorest value I have had in a long time. The toilets were also in a poor state. In need of a good clean and some maintenance. All in all very poor. Avoid."

A wonderfully relaxed place to sit, drink and think. Treeface is my favourite cafe to write in, and perfect to strike up conversations and sit by the fire.

Have been calling into this cafe for years after a dog walk. The last few times have been seriously disappointing.. the service is atrocious, no sense of urgency and god forbid anyone cracks a smile !! Staffed by students, such a shame as doubt we will go back now.

You can ignore my previous review. I wish I could delete it but can't see how. We've been back several times and each time we have been welcomed with excellent service, food and drinks. Highly recommended. We go for a walk in the country park then come here for either a drink or a whole meal.

What’s to review. This place has gone down hill and the drain drastically. The staff look like they don’t want to be there. They are rude and the food is no longer quality ingredients. Bacon looked like it had been sat for hours. Used to be a lovely restaurant this when it first opened. Time to move on. Won’t be back.

here's all in order! I would visit the park again. but will not rave over them to anyone I know. the coffee was pretty nice, but could have been served in a bigger cup! I also had a scoon and the tasted “on the row after” stale! the prices are very reasonable (which is why I hate the villain and have not said anything) the workers I have seen were both very friendly! in me a waiting room is sitting through the coloring of the walls. Perhaps something hanging on the walls would raise the space.

beautiful small caffe at the yarrow valley parking. there are about 10 tables inside and 4 outside. toilet and baby change around the outside of the building. the staff was nice this morning and worked quickly and efficiently with the queen. there is a limited menu and was just the choice of bases and sandwiches on the day we went, but what we had was nice. there was an ice parlour on the back of the caffe, but the weather was too cold to check it I would definitely go back when I was in the opposite

"Have never eaten here, but only ever heard positive feed back. Cousins birthday, I do not live in the area so rang to order some bottles of bubbles for the table. Only writing this as experience was very upsetting and I am still shocked. I spoke with a lady, explained cousin having birthday dinner (I did get name wrong that table was ordered under) so wanted to make sure was correct table. She said I was loud and shouting. I have a loud voice (nodules on voice box). But its also naturally loud as well. I do not raise my voice, it is not my style also my voice loud enough. It doesnt need raising. We finally worked out correct table, I then thought she had gone to get payment machine. But she just hung up. So I called back, another waitress answered. I explained previous call and again asked if I could pay over phone for bottles of bubbles. I was asked to wait a moment whilst she fetched the machine. Whilst I waited I had to listen to what herself and the first waitress were saying about me. Won 't lie, it was very upsetting and I 'm quite a tough cookie. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional as well as hurtful. When she came back on phone I politely told her I heard all their conversation, she went quiet and apologised then asked if still wanted the bubbles. I politely replied 'I don 't think so '. Not sure what to take away from this experience. At least cover phone or put on hold if your going to talk badly about someone who wishes to spend money whom you have never met............"
