"Bad evening. It may happen that a chef bails on you a few hours into the evening or that the griddle abandons you at the best moment, but if things happen at the same time it's difficult to get back up. We actually ate very late and the reasons for this delay were not communicated to the table. That said, the food was still good and, after an apology, drinks and coffee were offered to make up for it. So I would say...we should try again later to verify the efficiency that was lacking in the service this evening."
