The service was supberb. Food was delightfully plated and very delectable. The dessert was impressive. Excellent job for these culinary students ! We would be certainly return when we visit Geneva again.

A wonderful experience. Reservation required as there are not that many places. Nice, friendly reception, you feel welcome. The food is very good, beautifully presented and tasty. Not everything in the service is perfect, but that's what makes this restaurant so charming. Accessibility by public transport is also good.

Nous sommes allé manger pour la seconde fois au Restaurant Vieux Bois.Nous avions une table sur la terrasse. Le personnel était souriant et agréable. Les étudiants on fait un service en or. Rapidité, efficacité, professionnalisme était au rendez-vous. Les plats étaient succulents et les propositions d'accords mets et vins du sommelier nous ont permis de déguster un repas d'exception. Nous reviendrons encore plusieurs fois toujours avec le même plaisirs.

C'est tout de.abord un lieu magnifique. Dîner dans le jardin un soir de juillet avec une très bonne température est très agréable et dépaysant. Le service a été fait par des jeunes gens tous aimables et spontanés. Les fautes de service ne sont rien à côté de la.ambiance que génère ce restaurant. La qualité de la cuisine était très satisfaisante avec de très bon gout. Le chef de rang était aussi très agréable. Au total, nous avons passé une excellente soirée dans un cadre unique...

We were in the International District and decided to try this restaurant. My husband read about this culinary school restaurant the day before and since we were in the area, we decided to try it during lunch. They were very busy and glad that they had an open table for 2 since we didn’t have a reservation. The host and our server spoke English and we received excellent customer service. We had one of the best Swiss meals and service during our 2 weeks vacation in Switzerland. We wanted to eat dinner the Sunday before Valentine’s Day but they are not open on weekends.

We had a guided tour through international Geneva and this restaurant was our destination after the 2-hour-walk. It was nice to be seated in the shady garden and to sit down at a nicely set table. Our pre-selected 3-course menu was no disappointment, all 10 of us found it very delicious and especially liked its creative and colorful presentation on the plate. Unfortunatel, there was a small misunderstanding because of the wine. I would have expected the waiter to ask me if he should open a second bottle of red wine. We already had two bottles of white wine for apéritif and since it was kind of a business lunch we didn't want (and couldn't) drink too much at this time of the day. So in the en...

We are (were) regular clients and on this occasion originally a group of 13 with people falling sick - we tried to change the reservation the day before and the same day - we hoped that as regular clients providing notice in advance they would be able to accomodate us. However in utter lack of understanding they asked us to pay for two of the people that could not come. For a school of hospitality this is utterly unacceptable - zero client orientation and understanding with loyal clients and it reflects very poorly on the school - it was not the students seeving us (nothing against them) but the management, who did not even show up.
