Ich liebe diesen Kuchen! Aber auch sonst bin ich immer wieder gern hier. Garantiert gute Musik, leckere warme, täglich wechselnde Mahlzeit und gute Burger.

Tolles Frühstück und hausgemachter Kuchen und neuerdings auch mega leckere Burger (Fr.+Sa.). Nur eine Station mit der U2 von der Schönhauser Allee entfernt.

Wer ein gemütliches Café sucht und einen iced Chai Tea oder einen hausgemachten Kuchen mag, ist hier richtig. Als Geheimtipp gibt's freitags und samstags auch noch Burger und Süßkartoffel-Pommes, die wirklich empfehlenswert sind.Kurz gesagt, das macht Lust auf ein Wiederkommen... Visualizza piatti

The food is okay, but nothing worth raving about. And definitely not worth tolerating the bad service for. We came on a Wednesday morning and it took 45 minutes to get us a croissant and porridge. Then, the boiled egg came out about 15 minutes later. Go to Milchmanns Kaffeehaus or Stück vom Glück instead.

Pankow hat ja nicht sehr viele gute Cafés zu bieten, ein Glück, dass Vilja sich nun schon über Jahre hält und uns nun sogar auch an manchen Abenden zur Verfügung steht. Sehr guter Kaffee, freundlicher & entspannter Service, besonderer Kuchen und süße Kleinigkeiten, abends Burger. So lässig-stylish ist Alt-Pankow nirgendwo. Nur zu empfehlen!

Ich bin sehr gern auf ein Kuchen und Kaffee hier. Die Terrasse ist vom Frühling bis zum Herbst sehr schön und super zum abschalten in der Mittagspause. Mein Lieblingsplatz ist die Strandliege ganz vorn an der Terrasse. Tom backt seine Kuchen selbst und sie schmecken super lecker. In einer ruhigen Straße Pankows versteckt sich eine wahre Perle:Kein gehyptes Hipster-Habitat, sondern ein fein designter Wohlfühl-Ort mit ausgewählten kulinarischen Leckerbissen: die Panini werden nur noch von den selbstgebackenen Kuchen übertroffen. Viele Cafés haben sehr gute Kuchen, aber ich habe selten so ausgefallene und gute Kreationen genossen, bspw. ein Avocado-Zitronen-Kuchen.Das Frühstück kann man sich aus einigen wenigen Elementen auch individuell zusammenstellen, das Rührei ist fantastisch und das Croissant wird als das beste Pankows gerühmt - als Ex-Pariser kann ich bestätigen: es ist gut. So fair die Preise insgesamt auch sind, bezahlt man für ein vollwertiges Frühstück tenden...

My friend and I visited the Vilja Cafe this afternoon. The ambiance is lovely, the music relaxing, the flowers on the table uplifting, the coffee delicious and the chocolate cake exceptional. I would have given the cafe a five star review, HOWEVER.......when my friend asked for a top-up of hot water on her tea leaves, she was told she would need to pay extra for it and when I asked for a cup of plain hot water (as I had already had one cappuccino and did not want any more coffee or tea), I too had to pay for a cup of boiled water!?! We had ordered one tea, one coffee, and two cakes , the cafe was empty but for one other couple, we were not staying long, had not brought laptops to work for ho...

I can almost count the number of cafes I love in the area considered as Pankow (excluding P'Berg) on one hand. I'm not saying they don't exist, but they definitely don't jump out at you from every corner. How lucky we are to have Vilja so closeby. It's a bright little gem located near U Vinetastrasse on Maximilianstrasse.They have outdoor seating as well as indoor, typical mixed sets of tables and chairs, and you order at the front. They offer paninis, juice, fresh coffee, müsli, desserts, etc. The best thing I've ever had there is their carrot cake- a soft, delicate carrot cake with cream cheese icing with just a hint of citrus.
