"Unfortunately I was under the impression that this was a restaurant booked a table for my partner myself as it was his Birthday. It was a very loud, unorganised, messy sports bar. The food drink were very expensive. Restaurant prices for Pub grub . Had to order all food at the bar including desserts. The waiter was pleasant enough but was clearly rushed off his feet trying to keep up with the food coming out from the kitchen whilst there was numerous bar staff stood around chatting. I will not be returning."

Went for the roast, bad choice, frozen roast potatoes veg very poor and enough meat for small child

I waited over 20 minutes for a roast, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. I won't be returning regularly. The roast was awful.

The portion sizes are generous, and the wait time is quite reasonable. The prices are slightly higher than expected, but the restaurant is clean and well-organized.

The carvery was unexpectedly swapped for a very disappointing roast on Sunday. Both my partner and our little girl ended up sending their meals back. The only positive aspect was the staff.

Very little meat which was cold, very hard vegetables and the cauliflower cheese was anemic and oozed water. Main meal served on a wooden server which was only letting the water run everywhere on the plate. Very very poor main course.

This manages to have a very relaxed atmosphere with a sports bar feel to it but combine that with really good service. All the bar and waiting staff were friendly, polite, very helpful and efficient. The food was good and overall we enjoyed a very relaxing evening.
