This is a very friendly, upmarket restaurant with very good food, excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered.

I had booked dinner and breakfast here and I must say it was the best meal I have had in a dinner and breakfast package. The food was excellent and the service was great. I will definitely be back for more.

Excellent service and food. A wonderful, friendly welcome by Lucas, a manager in the restaurant and faultless service by Hannah. Our family group of 14 people were all delighted with the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. To be highly recommended.

A very pleasant meal of an unlimited carvery for just under £15. A lovely range of well presented starters including prawn cocktail, smoked mackerel, tomato, basil, mozzarella, meats, etc followed by a substantial choice of roast meats and wide range of vegetables and some simple but delicious desserts. A great choice for the money and served by cheerful and attentive staff. Very pleased at choosing it!

I went to this restaurant for their Sunday carvery. While the starter and dessert options were good, I was disappointed when my partner chose the beef for the carvery and it looked very pink. I prefer my beef well-done, so I chose the turkey instead. The chef started to cut my turkey with the same knife he had used for the beef, causing blood to run down the turkey. When I mentioned that I did not want that, he seemed annoyed and walked into the kitchen. I had to wait for 5 minutes while he washed two clean knives. When we went they brought glass of cava on the house as it was mothers day. And on leaving got a little pressie as well (small cream and shower gel Lovely touch I though: We always find the starters table is full of choice, soup, salads with Italian hams and smoked mackerel, prawn cocktail. Then the carvery where they give u much more meat then in Tobys!! To finish off the desserts, again a lot to choose from, and freshly made waffles with chocolate..mmmm: Also there is a cheese board! So for only £12 u can eat as much as u like. How can anyone not like that?? Best value for food in all Swansea!!!

We encountered numerous issues during our overnight stay at this hotel and have struggled to find someone willing to address our complaints. Promised callbacks were never received and there was a lack of consideration for our dissatisfaction. There was noticeable damp around the windows, inadequate supplies of cups, tea bags, and towels in our room for three people, a malfunctioning bedside light, and no telephone to contact reception. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked, causing delays for some guests. Some staff members displayed a dismissive attitude and showed little concern for our experience. No apologies were offered, leaving us feeling as though our concerns were unimportant.

Started by phoning to make a booking,this was horrendous in the end I phoned central reservations and they put me through to the restaurant. I asked if the carvery was still available they assured me it was. Arrived at restaurant nobody came to show us or table we asked at the bar they pointed to where it was.sat at the table no one came to explain where the starters were or anything else.
