"The Holiday Inn hotel is situated in a wonderful location near Düsseldorfer Kö. The breakfast was excellent, as is typical of any Holiday Inn. Unfortunately, I was taken aback to discover a random shoe under my bed, which does not bode well for the room service. The noise coming from the elevator adjacent to my room was somewhat of a nuisance and persisted throughout the night. I suggest asking for a room that is further away from the elevator to prevent any disruptions."

We made reservations for a Friday night and the restaurant was very busy. We had to wait for about 15 minutes past our reservation time.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! I tried the Nemo's Ultimate Miso Sea Bass with truffle and lobster risotto, and it was absolutely fantastic.

We arrived at the hotel and were told that the restaurant has been closed for some time due to a lack of staff. It is outrageous that you advertise a restaurant that is closed. Such poor service on your part. Do you actually check your partners? As a result, the birthday celebration was completely ruined. Thank you for that. The review in the common media will reflect this accordingly.
