I'm Argentinian and I took my foreign friends here to show them what meat really tastes like.

Argentin restaurant with good foodI went there with friends, with a reservation made on a website, at 19h30We were very well welcomed.

The place has good meat and decent choice of wine. The cocktails are nevertheless expensive and comes in a tiny glass : pisco sour in a 15cl glass for 9eur. There's not much choice if you're vegan : empanadas with cheese or squid...

small Argentinian restaurant that is rather a kind of pub/sport bar. The decor and the atmosphere is very warm, quite noisy but I didn’t find it disturbing the staff was adorable, the super good kitchen. However, as it is mainly red meat, it is quite expensive.

Si vous y aller avec une bande de potes très virils et bien imbibés d’alcool, vous y serez très bien, mais si vous y allez pour passer un moment agréable entre amis ou en couple, là vous allez déchanter… bas de plafond les tables collées les unes aux autres, bref l’ambiance est extrêmement bruyante. Pour ce qui est de la qualité des plats, rien à redire, c’est excellent, tout comme le service !

We can't speak to the food, but the bar was horrible. Most bars and cafes in the area tonight were packed, but Volver wasn't. My wife and I both ordered Pisco Sours. We watched the bartender put a few ice cubes into a blender, then some green stuff, and then some powder. Never saw a real egg. After blending the drink, he poured and served them. Never used the angostura bitters that were sitting right in front of us. The bartender actually seemed annoyed that we were 2 of the 7 people there and we wanted a drink.
