"I must say: I was looking for a Vietnamese in Nuremberg and the surrounding area, offering authentic Vietnamese food as I love Vietnamese food. I tried many Vietnamese in Nuremberg and it always had this kick as my mom missed. I was with my sister yesterday (we Vietnamese and our men (both German, who also know the food from my mom there and it tasted us all very well. We had: Bun cha gio, Beef Burger, Burger a la Vietnam, Banh Xeo, Pho bo, banana cake and black glue. The taste was more authentic than all other Vietnamese in Nuremberg and the surrounding area (which I have tried so far The Burgers I only know in the form of Banh Bao was a new good food experience. The only thing that irritated me was when I asked the service if there's fish sauce in the food, she meant that they don't have fish sauce. In Bun cha gio and Banh Xeo, however, there were definitely fish sauces in it, which really enjoyed me because I am totally on this fish sauce lime mix. Either we had an extra sausage because I asked for it or they always serve the food with fish sauce and the service had had no idea (because it was new?
