"The food was very delicious. We've ordered this for the first time. We had a vegetarian burger and one with meat. Both upstairs. Sweet potatoes Pommes and normal pommes (Ketchup and Majo get) also super tasty, but not very warm at delivery At Pommes, but obviously not otherwise feasible and not expected by us otherwise. Coleslaw in a glass very noble and very tasty, for my taste only a little too unhurl... but this is a matter of taste. And my husband and I almost burst. "the zwitscherstube is the secret of the small garden club „Kuhlager Seele“ rüppurr e.V. is located in the center of the small garden complex of the same name. the latter is located at the rande of the Karlsruher-Näher- und landschaftsschutzgebiet above the forest. because the car traffic on the small garden area is prohibited, the restaurant returns the approx. 150 meters long distance from parking to restaurant back to foot. or he comes from the beginning to the foot or with the wheel. the reward for this little effort is an idyllic seat under shaded trees, and far away from the traffic noise. they listen to the beautiful terrace only tweeting the birds, the talks of the guests and the children when they play on the place that can be seen from the terrace, fenced and beautifully decorated. Greek and German dishes are on the menu of the zwitscherstube, from cold and warm Greek dishes to meat and fish dishes (e.g. Moreover, various desserts, especially eiskreations, are offered. when we visited the twittering room in the early afternoon in connection with our home dinner, we only ordered soft drinks at the very friendly waiter, which was served after a pleasant short waiting period. before the payment the waiter asked us if we would like a ouzo or an espresso on a house. this at an invoice price of not even 5 euro! we rejected him at our next visit and comforted him. at the end there is still a minus point to consider: my wife reported that the damentoilette is extremely dense and therefore most likely is inaccessible for wheelchair and/or roller driver."

"The Elsternest is a beer garden that belongs to a small garden club. The service is very friendly. There are Hungarian dishes, but also typical German, which are very tasty and appropriate to the price. The food came very fast and we were completely satisfied. There is nothing to complain about hygiene. If you're on the bike anyway, you can put a beautiful stop here."

"Am Sonntag, den 03.12.2023 um 11:08 Uhr (dank digitalem Zeitalter ja alles nachvollziehbar... rief meine Frau beim Restaurant an, um einen Tisch für Freitag, den 08.12.23 um 19 Uhr zu reservieren. Eine freundliche Männerstimme bestätigte den Termin mit dem Hinweis, dass es der letzte freie Tisch sei. Wir freuten uns natürlich ob der guten Bewertungen des Restaurants und dass wir noch einen Tisch bekommen hatten. Wir kamen dann 18.45 Uhr im Restaurant an, sagten unseren Namen und wurden gebeten, noch ein paar Minuten an der Theke Platz zu nehmen, bis unser Tisch frei würde. Bis ca. 19 Uhr saßen wir dann an der Theke, tranken schon etwas, gaben unsere Bestellungen fürs Essen auf und wurden dann an den Tisch in einem Nebenraum begleitet. Wir aßen und tranken für knapp 100 Euro und etwa gegen 19.45 Uhr wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass in ca. 15-20 Minuten die nächsten Gäste kämen und wir dann den Tisch frei machen sollten. Ein paar weitere Minuten später kam dann auch schon ein andere Dame mit der Rechnung und wollte abkassieren. Meine Frau hatte noch nicht einmal ihren Wein zu Ende getrunken! Der Dialog als wir ins Restaurant kamen war positiv und freundlich. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Aber der Rausschmiss nach einer Stunde war das Dreisteste, das ich in Jahrzehnten in Restaurants überall auf der Welt erlebt habe. Als meine Frau sich darüber beschwerte, wurde ihr auch noch unterstellt, dass sie gar nicht reserviert gehabt hätte, was nachweislich Blödsinn war, zumal der Kellner ja die Reservierung gefunden hatte. Nun ja, da hilft halt dann leider auch das beste Essen nichts. Wir werden da definitiv nicht mehr hingehen. Empfehlung: Vorher abklären, wieviel Zeit man fürs Essen bekommt."
