Went for lunch with friends. Served by Darren who was very polite, helpful and had excellent customer skills keeping us smiling throughout our visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Ellie provided excellent service and took great care of us throughout our meal.

Had a great lunch today at Beefeater. Always a warm welcome from our server Darren who really looks after all his customers. Friendly service every time. Restaurant always clean and good quality food with a good selection of menus. Will be back. Thank you Darren.

Went to the Warden with my two lovely friends had a wonderful evening thanks to Darren. He was brilliant made our evening special looked after us it was so nice to be served by someone who cares and takes time to check everything was ok .Our meal was very good to .

Our waiter Darren M was amazing. He was friendly and efficient. The food was really tasty and nice and hot. The ribs were banging. Our only little issue was there was no coffee available due to them ‘flushing’ the machine. Not the best timing at 8pm on a Friday evening, during what I would consider a prime time!! I visited the restaurant on 13/11/23 and was impressed by the great ambiance and cleanliness. Our server, Darren, was fantastic and a true asset to the restaurant. He was welcoming and attentive. The menu was extensive with something for everyone. The food was delicious, hot, fresh, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to return!

Table booked for 7.00pm. Seated by 7.10pm. Order for drinks taken straight away. Took at least 15 mins to be served. Food order taken. Waited an hour for food to be served to us by which time 2 drinks had been drunk. Apology from Darrell Baker who appeared to be managing but no offer of a drink because we had waited a long time for our food. No fries served with my food. Was told they were on their way. By the time they arrived I had eaten my meal. If I had waited for them my meal would have been cold. Bill was wrong had to query bill was rectified but with no apology from Darrell. Worst service ever.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My family and I have been loyal customers of The Warden for countless years, but today's visit was absolutely awful. We had a reservation for 3 at 7pm, but due to traffic, we arrived at 7:10, within the 15-minute grace period. However, a server informed us that our table had been given away because we were late. We tried to explain that we were within the time limit, but a rude lady, who seemed to be a manager, accused us of lying and proceeded to argue with us in front of other customers.
