The food is consistently excellent, and the decor is quite enjoyable. However, the view from the windows is lacking, and while I haven't experienced poor service, it can be somewhat inconsistent—some visits have been fantastic, while others have been just okay.

We dined at the waterfront bar, where guests were required to wear masks when not eating or drinking. The staff consistently wore masks and maintained social distancing while taking orders and serving meals. My daughter, my friend, and I enjoyed delicious meals during our visit.

For our dinner, everything was exceptional. The food was a perfect 5 out of 5—each dish was delicious and expertly prepared. The service matched the quality of the food, also earning a solid 5. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was equally impressive, deserving another 5. My family enjoyed a good meal at this restaurant. However, I did want to mention that I ordered the fish cake, which was supposed to come with heke prawns, but I also found some muddling in it. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to that ingredient and can't eat it. My husband ate it, but I believe this should have been clearly stated in the description. If I had been aware, it would have been a bad situation for me. I recommend asking about ingredients beforehand, just in case the menu isn't updated.

I stopped by this restaurant during a work trip for an overnight stay, so I can't comment on the pricing since it was covered. However, the exterior didn't look particularly appealing. Once we were inside, it felt reminiscent of a scene from "The Shining." We received our meals, and I must say, they were excellent—cooked thoroughly and beautifully presented. The staff was eager to assist, and the service was swift. They provided everything you could need in a hotel, and the place was very clean! In the morning, the breakfast selection was also impressive—everything was well-prepared and beyond expectations.

A quiet place to have food, with what would’ve been a good view if they had cleaned the windows. The food, while looks good on a menu, it’s actually a very poor delivery. Given the price of the food, compared with the minuscule amount you get is horrific. 8.50£ for 4 mussles that aren’t even done in a sauce, just a bit of rosemary and sea salt on top, on a small plate, which I can only see as a poor attempt of a ‘presentation’. The deep fried scampi is basically a glorified mcdonald’s kids meal priced at 13.50£. The staff seem extremely disinterested in just about anything, but, having worked in hospitality, I can’t blame them given the environment they work in. No beforehand warning or anyt...
