"We've been coming here for a number of years now as it's our local pub. We've always felt that the place had lots of potential to become a great community pub if they could just find the right people to run it. I'm happy to say that the new landlord and landlady are exactly what this place has needed. It is now busy every night of the week with different social events. There are live acts, a bingo night, a quiz night, to name just a few. They have a well stocked bar and serve delicious food that is reasonably priced. They also serve breakfasts at the weekend as well as Sunday lunch."

Not the greatest and no warning the kitchen was closing at 1900 for a 1800 booking so missed out on pudding . I'd try it agaon

I was always put off in the past it was untidy and a little unwelcoming but that’s completely changed Really well refurbished, great menus and live music What’s not to like New owners lovely too !

here with family for Sunday dinner. good menu with much to choose. has child menu for smaller portions. bier was good. Eating was excellent. pool table and cozy real fire. many free parking. the staff is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful warm reception, arrived 3pm had drinks then ordered food, freshly cooked and hot followed by coffee. Service very good but not too attentive. Slightly slopping car park but not a problem for us, enjoyed stop will call again...

Lovely family run Pub. Staff all warm and welcoming. Lots of food options at reasonable prices. Pool and darts for extra entertainment, lovely beer garden and gluten Free options including gluten Free beers. Had a lovely afternoon. Modern music playing in background. Order 3 small plates, duck spring rolls, halloumi fries nachos.

Rang impromptu to book a table for family of 4 adults a baby at lunchtime and was more than welcomed by happy smiley friendly staff ,Great choice of both indoor outdoor tables with stunning views Great choice of food beverages to suit all tastes. Great quality sausage bacon and our late breakfast was cooked fresh. Empty plates and full bellies all round. Looking forward to next visit. Highly recommended.
