"Exceptionally well-run hotel. I'm professional at another hotel in Germany every day. Often there are houses where everything goes perfectly. Here the very motivated and friendly staff is very well managed. Despite great application and stress, people in the restaurant are always friendly and helpful. The food is always freshly cooked. They even brought the salad into my room. I would never have expected such a conversation despite the full restaurant. Also the spa is clean, comfortable, simple from the finest. Here the opening hours are very good. Of course, everything costs money, I'm aware of it, but only that's why I'm going to this hotel more often. For these reasons, I will definitely book this hotel 6x next year. I will also book the hotel because of the sauna offer, even if I have to drive extra larger Km-Bogen. Thank you for this in Germany."

Super service, very kulant. The staff is also very friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped and the breakfast was rich. We only missed air conditioning and unfortunately the spa was closed on Sunday.

Rooms seem a little dated, but the decor works with that warm homey kind of feel. Shower is clean and the fridge is fully stocked, not much space for your own additions to the fridge. Bed is a low Rider and is about 1 foot off the floor.

A beautiful hotel on the mountain overlooking the valley. The small room with a balcony was cozy. The stairs are a little problematic with suitcases. Breakfast was delicious as dinner. We were now the third time with the whole family (11 adults and 8 children) on the evening of the first Christmas day to eat buffet. The reception was very warm.
