"we (5 people have waited 2 hours for dinner. about 50 minutes after the order they apologized for the first time for the waiting period. in the did it took an hour. every 15 minutes we heard a new excuse. so many unexpected guests have come. Of course, to order something can go wrong. they can be lost or the like, but after the error is detected, it takes another hour until it is fixed, is absolutely innocent. I also need to point out that numerous guests at other tables (including a 10-member company that appeared after us all, who were already saturated at location when our food finally came. a plausible explanation was found to be guilty until the last time. even the whole organization was completely chaotic, which we could observe from our table very well. constantly exchanged, ordering on the computer corrected, over ordering. I have never experienced such a logistic chaos in decades of the gast experience. we were (and are still so upset about this treatment that we did not accept the offer of a free drink round. ah yes: we had reserved ourselves, and we also have been very good; even though it is not important: eating was in order. ideology: I'm sure I'll never be back!"
