"We've tried many vegan afternoon teas at different places, and they often fall short of expectations, so we weren't overly hopeful about the vegan/soy-free options. We were pleasantly surprised! The alternatives were remarkably similar to the regular items, and everything was absolutely delicious. The venue itself is very cozy, and Woburn is a delightful place to visit. I can't find any faults with the Woburn Coffee House and will definitely return for more. Regarding dietary restrictions: As mentioned, one of us had the challenging vegan and soy-free combination, and the food was simply delightful. The table next to us ordered a gluten-free version, and while I can't comment on the taste, it looked fantastic. As long as you book in advance and note any dietary requirements, I'm sure they can cater to a variety of needs. Parking: There's a free public parking lot just around the corner. It might get busy at times, but there was plenty of availability when we visited (on a Saturday around 4:15 PM). The atmosphere is delightful and the food is outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, making it a wonderful place to catch up with friends and family. It would also be an excellent venue for a wedding or a party.

I attended a wedding at this venue on November 9, 2023, and I was truly impressed. The atmosphere was delightful and felt very personal, perfectly reflecting the personality of the bride, who is my wonderful cousin. What an absolute gem of a place! The food and the service was 5 star . All the staff were so attentive but particular shout out to Jacque. You clearly love your job and your customer service was exceptional (and thank you for the guided tour it was lovely to see the entire coffee house). We booked afternoon tea as a group of friends with their children. The savoury parts were very creamy and too much. The chive scones saved the disappointment. The service is not good, the staff walked around us but never asked if we were all right. Our tea was filled when we asked for it almost like, “If I do not notice you, you will not ask for more.” One of the children ate two biscuits so the other child was missing it. When we asked if we could have 1(! extra biscuit as we had a little disappointment coming our way, they just said no because apparently the cook makes 1 biscuit per child!
