I had a lovely sandwich and a pint during lunchtime. The chunky chips were truly impressive! We used to enjoy sitting in the bar on the comfy chairs and sofas, so it's a shame they are gone.

Food good. Service not so. Dirty glasses on the table next to us despite us being the only customers. It's the little things. But it is early days with their umpteenth new owner in as many years. Good luck to them. We will give it a go again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Had a great Sunday lunch. Good to see the pub and restaurant doing so well after lockdown. Relaxed atmosphere and staff who were eager to help and had a natural smile! A nice touch was being asked how we would like our beef roast cooked. Very good value for money. We will be back again.
