Top quality food, far exceeded expectations. Very attentive staff and a reasonable wine list. Great atmosphere and reasonably priced for the quality.

We had the most fantastic Sunday lunch yesterday at the Wykham Arms. We started with drinks at the fire and then we were seated in the restaurant for our 3 course lunch. Everything was delicious. Best Sunday lunch in the area by far.

today after a tour through the brewery hook norton was an excellent and friendly service. we celebrated a friend 60th and they kindly decorate a teller with chocolate happy birthday and put a candle in his dessert. they would be highly recommended!

We had a hen party meal here last weekend, we had to change the booking to Friday from Saturday at short notice and the management were very flexible in accommodating us, which as a group of 12 is quite rare. The staff were really helpful,...and no funny looks at our 80s outfits! Food was great. Would recommend if you’re staying in the area!

disappointed. although eating was really good, the service and the atmosphere were bad. I love dogs, but there were many barking during our meal. some of the waiting teams were quite unhelpful and abrupt. when we asked if we could have dessert. without being offered a menu, we were only asked what do you want?” we were forced to feel because we asked ourselves to see one. an expensive meal that did not feel as special as it would have done.

I went to this lovely country pub last week for my 50 th birthday. It was a truly wonderful experience. The food was amazing. I had roast beef dinner the meat was gorgeous. Fast professional service. The location is stunning rolling hills everywhere. Plenty of...parking. The lady who looked after us was delightful. Great portions and the 27 in my part had a secluded area. Great way to end my fabulous birthday celebrations. Look forward to visiting again sometime soon

after reviews and close to stay, we arrived and was not disappointed! honored by a very warm, small team. we sat outside. the first reviews said to go for the Korean ripening starter, so we have! both of us! absolutely stunning, meat pieces fall off. the rib with a delicious marinade. for all I had the fish plate that they could have as an appetizer or bark meat. it was very well prepared; credit to the cook and kitchenman! my friend had chicken flatbreads that were perfect at a boiling day and very well executed! local ale on tap, very friendly staff and a top well-run menu. go visit!

I had pre-booked a table here, and the lady on the telephone was really polite and helpful, this seems to be the way at Wykham Arms as the whole team were helpful and very friendly. I ordered the asparagus with duck egg for starter, not...expecting much as asparagus is usually luke warm, what a wonderful surprise as when it arrived it was hot, and delicious, my dog never eats the white of eggs but gulped a bit down. The fish and chips that I had for main course was equally delicious and the batter so very light, and tasty, the fish was lovely. All in all I could not fault Wykham Arms at all.

unfortunately not quite the expectations. we sat at the arrival and our order was taken quickly. eating that was served was by a good standard. However, there were a few things during the meal that leave the side slightly down. I ordered the brot and the hume for the starter when it arrived, there was no vow. When I asked this, I was told that they have no left, asked the waitress what I want, instead of asking no question that I can answer if I get a list of options! When we asked her to find out that she came back from the kitchen that there were no alternatives, I would like to have a little butter. if I had known all this before the order, I would have chosen something different than bro...
