Went for my birthday dinner with family. The food was excellent. The only thing I would say is the waiting time for the food is far too long.

was just with some friends in Yah-so and what a nice experience was. eating was absolutely fantastic, so much, I only had to finish my meal, although I was full. delicious, hot and fresh (for the festivals). the decor imitates as if you were in Jamaica. the staff was friendly and helpful. would definitely go back and recommend to anyone who reads this review to try it. you will not regret it!

We went to the Croydon branch to celebrate my friend's birthday and had an amazing experience thanks to Rohema, our waitress. Her customer service was excellent - she welcomed us warmly, made sure we were comfortable with our seating, and checked in on us despite being busy. The food was delicious and the drinks were refreshing. The highlight of the night was when the drums were played to celebrate my friend's birthday. Thank you, Rohema, on behalf of all five of us. Honestly, l was taken by surprise as wasn’t sure what to expect judging by the bad reviews. I must say our Host of the night was friendly and accommodating..We did wait a while for the food but that was to be expected given a party of over 20, the food all came out around the same time.. the food is on point ..honestly l cannot stress how sweet the chefs hand is .. ohh my goodness.so nice. We was in the area so we decided to go in, we did not have a reservation so they sat us outside. The deco is old fashioned and the staff looked unprofessional, on their mobile phone, walking off down the road. We ordered plantain, chunky fries, ribs, festival, mac and cheese, jerk chicken and rice and peas and a few other bits and drinks. Getting all excited for our food, after about 10 minutes the waitress comes back to say their to busy to get our food because we never made a reservation. I've been to classy fine dining restaurants to pub lunches and have never heard of such nonsense. We said we would wait and she point blank said there busy, when the restaurant was not full. Do not dine at this restaurant. The service was the worst I have ever experienced, with incredibly rude staff. We were a large group and were unexpectedly asked to leave after 2 hours because they had another booking. The food arrived half an hour before our designated departure time, forcing us to pack our meals to go and ruining my son's birthday celebration. The staff even refused to serve my son a drink with his meal. One staff member continuously pressured us to hurry up throughout the meal. They prioritize maximizing daily bookings over customer experience.
