First time visiting Yumn and everything about it was fabulous. Amir could not have been more attentive, he gave us wine to taste to help decide which we wanted, we didn 't order desert but had told him it was a birthday dinner and he brought out a cheesecake desert with 'happy birthday ' beautifully written on the plate, without any prompting. The setting and food were great, the people and service were amazing. Will definitely be going back.

We have ate here a number of times and the food has been consistently exceptional with attentive friendly and professional service. It feels more like a high end central London restaurant but with suburban prices. Love the stylish lounge area for customised cocktails and extensive wine and spirits selection. We have recommended it to friends and neighbours who have been just as impressed by the Yumn experience. As one of them said, the food is always Yumni We are looking forward to many more visits. We booked for an early dinner on NYE, which meant it wasn’t to busy. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxed and lovely. I’d read a review somewhere that recommended the Pear Old Fashioned cocktail made with vodka not whisky) which was fabulous!! We had the crispy feta focaccia which I couldn’t get enough of, to delicious. Followed by the Jospeh grill combo, totally delicious, the meat was tender and tasty and the chips, well soooooo good. My husband had the beef cheek which disappeared from his plate pretty sharpish. We finished by sharing the sticky toffee pudding which didn’t disappoint. A lovely evening and will definitely be back. We’d visited a few years ago and the food wasn’t good, however we needed somewhere to meet before Christmas and Yumn had availability. The food was really good. They must have a new chef. No complaints. Nice photos attached. Why three stars then? Well our one, and very important, complaint was the ridiculously and unnecessarily loud music. Ridiculous because it’s not a nightclub. Unnecessary because it’s not a nightclub. We were straining to talk, hear and make ourselves understood. We asked one of the servers if the music could be turned down, but it wasn’t. I understand they were trying to keep groups of Christmas parties happy as well as couples and people who just wanted a good meal, but...

I have been a frequent customer at Yumn Brasserie for many years one year actually getting food poisoning from this restaurant due to the chicken which was not cooked properly. However as the manager has been very nice I have always come back due to myself being a Croydon local I enjoy helping out local business. On recent occasion as you can see from the photos I booked today for 2:15pm. I was running late made several calls and went on the chat to let them know I was running late and if there was a grace period. I ended up getting to the restaurant 10 mins late in the end.
