Very good Japanese restaurant! One of the best in Paris! True sushi, makis and fresh sashimis and fantastic gyozas. I recommend. A lovely staff. However we do not recommend desserts that are not as fresh as dishes.

This week I had the opportunity to go to Saint Germain des Prés where I worked 10 years. I wanted to find this very old Japanese establishment I loved very much. I was not disappointed and my guest too. Frankly everything was good, miso soup, gyoza, yakitori, sushi, sashimi and more for a very sweet price. I strongly recommend this friendly and confidential place that Japanese cuisine lovers know well.

The best value for money in the capital, and I visited a package of sushi restaurants. The nigiris and maki are well above the Parisian average: few rice, well seasoned, huge fish slices, and prices lower than traditional Japanese that are a little bit of lead. I go there between 10 and 20 times a year, I do not understand a comment on the little fish in the dishes. I would be surprised to have an exceptional treatment compared to the rest of the clientele... I strongly recommend.

You can eat at the counter what is very pleasant when you are two or alone. I hesitated to remove a star for their cabbage salad that I didn't at all like, it's the first time I have trouble finishing cabbage... I don't know, very bitter or anything.
